Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
Standard Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Charges: Flat rate of PKR 200 on orders below PKR 3,000. Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
We use reliable local courier services to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to make this available soon.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Delays
In rare cases, delivery might be delayed due to:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Incorrect shipping address
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., lockdowns or public holidays)

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Ibrahim’s Wardrobe is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees.
